I visited with the intention of buying a unit in St Lucia for my son, a student at UQ.

All apartments at 74 Durham Street have now been sold, however recently (since the display opened), there has been a large proportion sold “off plan” at 70 Durham Street to people who intend living there.…(Today as mentioned there is just one for sale that has come back on the market.)
