Due to the”mining boom” currently underway in Central Queensland, I am going to offer fresh, up to date research on what areas are showing the most promise for capital gain and high rental returns (positive cashflow property).

I will aso be catching up with developers/builders and let clients know of any opportunities that may become available…….I have already had discussions with a number of people and will be reviewing house land packages at Airlie Beach and Bowen plus new “off plan” apartments at Nebo (100klms from Mackay)

I will be departing on Saturday 19th May and will be away for a minimum of 10 days visiting Bowen, Airlie Beach, Mackay, Nebo, Moranbah, Clermont, Emerald, Blackwater, Middlemount, Dysart and Collinsville

Accomodation in the Central Queensland region is more or less non existent or very expensive if you can get it, so to eliminate any hassle and keep costs down I have decided to hire a Motorhome in Cairns (my home town) and use this as my hotel room/office for the period.

Each day I will be posting a quick video of the days events. I will also be collating notes and will send this off to people who are interested in certain areas as requested, but will make this available in a full report at the end of the trip.

By the way, I will be using the report prepared by John Lindeman as my “map”. John is a leading property analyst who writes regular articles in the Australian Property Investor magazine.
