South Brisbane Apartments – Very Early Pre Public Release Access
We are extremely excited to be able to offer our investors such early access to this project. It is a boutique apartment block, will be finished to a high standard and is very well located. The public release will be in the next month or so, but our investors have access now!
Some apartments have already sold and they have primarily sold to parties related to the development such as the vendors internal staff, architects etc. When those who work in the industry and know the location are choosing to purchase the product, it’s always a very good sign.

Having worked with this vendor previously and having spent some time at the site, discussing the project at length I can assure you that if you have an interest in an apartment in Brisbane, this one is well worth your consideration. It will be built to a high standard with a very high attention to detail with various unique aspects to the building that will ensure that it is a cut above the rest.
Having discussed the area in general and what future sites will be available, I can also confirm that there will most certainly not be a flood of stock in to this location. In fact, currently there is just one project that is publicly available, off plan in South Brisbane.
As regards the project itself. As we have access well before any public launch the vendor does not want us to send out any details in any of our general emails.
